Record a Medical Profile

A medical profile includes information about a child's health care. The profile captures information about the child's health care provider, any kind of medical treatments, medications, immunizations, and so on.

Only workers assigned to the case or resource with which the person is associated are able to update person information.

Process

To record a medical profile, conduct a Person Search. From the Person Overview screen, complete the following steps:

1. Select the Medical link from the left hand navigation bar. The Provider tab appears.

2. Record medical providers.

3. Record treatments and hospitalizations.

4. Record medications.

5. Record immunizations.

6. Record Pregnancy/Parenting Information.

7. Verify Health Insurance

8. Record birth information.
