Record Home Study References

Process: Record a home study

The home study includes the provider's references. Record these as follows:

1. From the Home Study Information screen, click the References link. The Maintain References screen appears.

2. Click Add Reference to record a new reference. The Reference Details screen appears.

3. Complete all the fields on this screen.

4. Click Save. You are returned to the Maintain References screen.

5. Repeat steps 2 - 6 for each reference you have received.

6. Click Close. You are returned to the Home Study Information screen.

7. Click Next Task below to continue with the home study.
