Record Home Study Verifications

Process: Record a home study

The home study includes a checklist of the verifications that are necessary before the provider can be approved or certified.

Record the collection of these verifications as follows:

1. From the Home Study Information screen, click the Verifications link. The Maintain Verification Tasks screen appears with a list of verification tasks.

2. Click the Edit link next to the verification task to update its status. The Verification Details screen appears.

3. Complete the fields on this screen. You must complete at least the Status field.

4. Click Save. You are returned to the Maintain Verification Tasks screen.

5. Repeat steps 2 - 4 for each verification task you can update.

6. Click Close to return to the Home Study Information screen.

7. Click Next Task below to continue with the home study.
