View Provider Member Details and Histories

The provider record includes details about the provider's household or staff members. (See About provider information for more details.)

View these details as follows:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Provider tab.

  2. Click the Workload tab. The Workload screen appears.

  3. Click the Select link for the provider whose name you want to update. The Provider Overview screen appears.

  4. Click the Provider Information link in the Provider Actions field for details about the provider.

    The Basic tab of the provider information screen appears. This tab displays the provider name, provider types, provider status, and reference information. Note that each provider type record has a status. For a home provider, the provider name is taken from the Applicant 1 and Applicant 2 names on the inquiry record.

  5. Click Members. The Current Active Members screen appears. It lists the current household or staff members. It also displays the provider's marital status.

  6. Click the View Member History link. The Provider Member History screen appears. It displays a history of past and current members. If the member record has an end date, a reason for it also appears.

  7. Click Close to return to the Current Active Members screen appears.

  8. Click Cancel to return to the Provider Overview screen.
