View Reported Provider CA/N Incidents

The Provider Overview screen allows you to display any incidents of child abuse or neglect reported against this provider. When an CA/N intake naming the provider as the alleged perpetrator is screened in, the system sends a notification to the provider worker and associates the intake with the provider record for the worker to review. View these incidents as follows:

1. From the Home screen, click the Provider tab.

2. Click the Workload tab. The Workload screen appears.

3. Click the Select link for the provider whose record you want to view. The Provider Overview screen appears.

4. Click CA/N Reports in the navigation bar on the left. The CA/N Reports screen appears. It lists each report that has been recorded.

5. Click the View link next to an incident to view the details. The system defaults to the Basic tab; the Basic Information screen appears.

6. Click Reporter tab. The Reporters screen appears.

7. Click Participants  tab. The Participants screen appears.

8. Click remaining tabs; Additional, Allegations, OHC / Third Party Involvement and Decision.

9. Click Cancel to return to the CA/N Reports screen.
