Record a Specialized Assessment/Investigation

A specialized assessment/investigation (A/I) is completed when the alleged perpetrator has access to the alleged child victim by his or her affiliation or employment with the child's out-of-home care provider. This tool helps you capture the investigative requirements. This tool is available only when the family is associated with an intake record in which the third party is identified. See Record an intake, Record out-of-home care information, or About assessment/investigations for more information.
