This screen allows you to view the user groups assigned to a worker, to assign a user group to the worker, or to delete user group assignments. User groups are assigned to workers in order to give them access to specified functions in Ohio SACWIS. A worker cannot do anything in the system until he or she has been assigned at least one user group. The security profiles associated with a user group define the functions the worker has access to. You also use this screen to suspend a worker's access to the system, for example, if the worker is temporarily on leave.
The worker receives an email notification when a user group is assigned to him or her. The worker's unit supervisor receives a high-priority email notification when a worker's access to the system is suspended. Both the worker and unit supervisor receive notifications when the worker's access has been restored.
The Delete button allows you to remove the selected user group assignment(s).
