This screen allows you to view, add, or update the details of a service associated with case members. You select the case members who will receive this service. When you display this screen from the Case Services tab, the service applies to the case member selected on that screen. When you display this screen from the Case Services Group tab, it lists the case members.
Paid services must be recorded separately for each case member who receives the service. This method of entering services ensures that the reports present an accurate reflection of service provision reported to the federal government. Unpaid services, however, may be assigned to a group of case members.
When you record a case service, you associate it with a certain service group via the Add History button. (See About case service groups.) The Link Provider button allows you to identify the provider of the service, where appropriate. Only one provider may be linked to a service record. A service group record may be edited or deleted within four days of the effective date.
