This screen allows you to view, add, or update the details of a service associated a group of case members. Whereas paid services must be recorded separately for each case member who receives the service, unpaid services may be recorded for a group of case members.
When you record a case service, you associate it with a certain service group via the Add Service Group button. (See About case service groups.) The Link Provider button allows you to identify the provider of the service, where appropriate. Only one provider may be linked to a service record.
