Activity log narrative details

This screen allows you to add an amended narrative or a corrected narrative to a completed activity.

New Correction	Enter a new narrative, which will be attached to the completed activity record. You can enter up to 3,000 characters.
Existing Narrative	This field displays the narrative that was originally entered with this activity record. You cannot edit a narrative when the status of the activity record is "Completed."
