This screen displays the intake records that are linked to this case, along with key information about each intake. The intake number link opens the intake record, from which you can view complete details.
The Reports link allows you to generate one of several assessment and intake documents, such as the A/I Checklist, disposition letters, the JFS 01441, law enforcement documents, and mandated reporter letters. If the allegations were substantiated, a Substantiated link appears. This link displays the disposition information and contributing factors. The Unlink link allows you to remove the link between the intake record and the case.
The Record Disposition(s) button allows you to record the intake disposition for an intake of category CA/N or family in need of services ("Stranger Danger" type). You record a report disposition for each allegation in the intake. The Change Disposition(s) button allows you to change a report disposition under certain circumstances. A report disposition can be changed only once. (See About intake dispositions.)
