This screen lists the family assessments that have been recorded on this case. You can only add a family assessment if you have family assessment security. The family assessment is due before the case plan, and the case plan is due within 30 days of the case opening.
Only one family assessment at a time may be in progress, pending approval, or completed on the current case. If a family assessment has not been created yet, the Add Family Assessment button appears on this screen.
The Edit link allows you to update an assessment with a status of "In Progress"; otherwise the View link appears. The Report link allows you to print the JFS 01400 Family Risk Assessment.
