Specialized A/I tool filter criteria

This screen lists any specialized assessment/investigation (A/I) records for this case. More than one specialized A/I may be in progress at a time.

You record a specialized A/I when a child abuse and neglect report involves an alleged perpetrator who has access to the child through his or her employment or affiliation with an out-of-home care institution and/or is responsible for the care, custody, or control of the child. For example, the alleged perpetrator may be a school teacher, a Boy or Girl Scout leader, a day camp counselor, a foster parent, a pre-finalized adoptive parent, an employee of a residential facility, or a licensed/approved child care provider or facility.

The View link allows you to view a completed A/I, while the Edit link allows you to update a record in progress. The reports link allows you to print the JFS 01403. The Add Specialized A/I button allows you to create a new A/I record.
