Activity log filter criteria (provider)

This screen allows you to view or add items in the provider's activity log. You can use a variety of search criteria to filter the display of activity log items. The search results list at the bottom of the screen displays restricted activity log items only if you are assigned to the provider record.

The Edit link allows you to update an activity record in "Draft" status. The View link allows you to open the record in read-only mode. The Add Activity Log button allows you to create a new activity record.

The Report link allows you to print a single activity log item. The Print Current Page button allows you to print in one report the activity log items currently displayed in the Result(s) table. If you want to print all activity log items, you must display them in the table before clicking the Print Current Page button. That is, you may need to generate several reports for all the activity log items.
