Record and Group Legal Action Independently

Legal actions are child-based in SACWIS and actions can be grouped with other actions or grouped independently. Legal actions are created, or recorded with the specific case participant of the case. A new legal action may be grouped to an existing legal action, to create series of legal actions that represents the flow of events on a court case. For example, if you file a complaint as the first initial court action for that case, you can group all legal actions subsequent to that complaint to show the progression of legal activities. See View Legal Histories by Case Participant if you want to view a series of grouped legal actions that involve a certain case participant.
