Reporter tab

This screen is the first screen to display when accessing an intake. It displays intake reporter information. The Add Reporter button will display on this screen to add reporter details until the intake decision is saved. This screen allows you to edit and view intake reporter details after they are added to the intake. It will display and edit link next to the reporter's name. Each reporter is numbered. By each number is the reporter's last name/first name, and reporter information/type. Below the reporter's name the report method entered displays numbered with the date/time received as a link to the contact and situation knowledge details.

An Add Contact button allows the screener to add additional instances of contact with the method of contact, details with regard to knowledge of the situation being reported, and date and time. Once the screening decision is saved, the information on this screen is view only. The add reporter button, edit link, trash can, and add contact button will not display after the report decision is saved.

You will click on the Add Reporter button to add reporter details about the contact method and knowledge of the situation being reported to the intake report.
