This screen allows you to search and add intake participants. You can continue to add participants until the intake decision is saved. All participants added to the intake report will display on this screen.
The Participants section:
The Search and Add Participants button allows you to add participant to the intake. Later, you can search for the person record in the system. This method is useful when you want to get the participant's information on the intake record quickly.
The Participant Roles button will display once a participant is added. You will click on this button to select the participant, select available roles for the participant(s) selected, add them and then assign the role selected. All participants must have a role assigned. Roles will display based on the intake category, and type. If the intake category is either CA/N or Dependant, the roles of ACV, and AP will be available for selection.
The Copy button allows you to quickly copy the participant's address, and contact information for additional participants.
An Edit link will display next to each participant's name. It will allow you to view participant details entered; and edit the current narrative, and available roles of the participants.
The participant's name will display their person ID, and displays as a link to their person overview and profile record. If the participant was added without conducting and selecting the person from search results, the link will display to search the system and link their person ID as a participant.
The Related Person link displays participants intake participant details, and their relationships. You can select the boxes next to participant names to include participants as related persons.
The History link takes you to their SACWIS History screen. This will display specific details about the person selected; AKA names, case member history, associated person history, intake participant history, provider history, training history, PSA history, and inquirer history if these records exist.
The
(trash can) allows you to delete the participant from the record.
The Search button allows you to locate and select a participant while you are completing the intake record. This method is useful when you believe the participants are in Ohio SACWIS already. It saves you entering all of the details on the intake manually.
The Related Persons link next to a participant listed here allows you to select additional intake participants from a list of all persons who have been included in any intake or case along with the participant.
The Participants Relationships section:
The Retrieve Case Relationship button takes you to the screen to view the relationships of the participants, or to show where some relationships have not been recorded. This button will display until the intake decision is saved.
The Edit link next to the participant takes you to the screen that allows you to record the individual participant's relationship to each participant.
The Number of Unspecified Relationships displays how many relationships have not been specified for the participants. This should display a zero next to each participant's name when all have been recorded.
