This screen allows you to add, edit, view and run the report for a reunification assessment added to a case. See About Reunification Assessments
Once a reunification assessment has been added, and saved an Edit and Report link will display next to the reunification assessment that has a status of "In Progress". The edit link will not be display once the record has been final approved. You will select the Edit link to update the record. If the status is "Pending Approval," a supervisor may edit the record. The Delete link will display at the end of a reunification assessment record (far right column) with a status of, "In Progress". Once a reunification record has been final approved, a View link will display to open and view the record as read only. The Reports link allows you to generate the reunification assessment report document. The Add Reunification Assessment button allows you to add a new reunification record to the case.
