  • Every concern record is associated with an open service record. (See  Record family concerns.)

  • All placement questions and setting narratives have been recorded for each child in out-of-home placement. (See Record placement information.)

  • A visitation plan is linked to the case plan for each child in out-of-home placement. (See Record placement visitation details.)

  • An open service record is linked to each caregiver service record. (See Link caregiver services.)

  • All narrative fields are completed for any exceptions and permanency records. (See Record exceptions information or Record permanency information.)

  • The Amendment Information screen is completed for an amended case plan. (See Amend a case plan.)
